OUR OPERATION
ESPRESSO PLUS was created to meet the ever growing demand for quality espresso, cappuccino and coffee related products in the New England marketplace. To that end, we offer a wide variety of equipment, products and services to meet our customers' every need.

Espresso Plus is the exclusive regional importer of LaCimbali and Rancilio espresso machines. These companies are the two largest manufacturers of espresso equipment in the world. Our extensive inventory and selection of equipment can meet any customer's demands - from those who are just starting out to larger food service companies and institutions. Our showroom, located at 85 Commercial Street in Medford, Massachusetts, includes a working espresso bar for training purposes and well over 20 machines on display. The star of our showroom is LaCimbali Dolcevita fully automated espresso machine. We also carry a large inventory of granita and hot chocolate machines, as well as Panini grills and the Wilch frozen beverage machine.

A full service company, Espresso Plus offers in-house technical staff to install and maintain your equipment. Our staff trained at the factories in Italy, contributing a level of expertise unmatched in the area. Mobile units allow our service technicians to perform most repairs on site, thereby minimizing downtime should a problem occur.  With communications via two-way radio, our response time is quick.

The customer service department keeps you informed of specials and product promotions and ensures your orders arrive on time. Our sales staff will design your product line to suit your customer's needs and work with you to provide staff training, seasonal promotions and automatic weekly ordering systems.
